BNI Training Classes

BNI is an education organization. It goes without saying that chapters that pass more referrals have more members who attend the leadership and referral training offered by BNI. Successful Leadership Teams really focus on training and encourage members to attend seminars and workshops.
BNI Training Available:

a. Leadership Training, Membership Committee, Visitor Host, Education Coordinator Training is done twice a year at Leadership Team Changeover.

b. Referral Training Includes:
Membership Success Program (MSP) is for new and seasoned BNI members looking to learn or re-inforce the fundamental elements of a successful BNI membership. 60 Second Commercials, Good vs. Bad Referrals, 10 Minute Presentations, and “Trust takes Time” are just a few of the major components of MSP training. MSP training is required within the first 60 days of membership.

Advanced Training is for members who have attended MSP and are looking to drill deeper into the high impact activities for a successful BNI membership. Advanced training is taught by a handful of seasoned BNI directors and includes the flowing modules:

- 60 Second Commercials
- 10 Minute Presentations
- Referrals
- One to One Meeting

Why Training is Important
For Members:

- Networking, word of mouth marketing and getting more referrals is a skill that can be learned and refined.
- BNI curriculum is made up of the “Best Practices” from members that are experiencing great success through BNI.
- Trainings are conducive to networking with other BNIU members and interactively promote idea sharing.
- Learn in 2.5 hours what it used to take members over 1 year (or more) to learn in MSP and Advanced Training.
- Trainings are a small investment in time that, when applied, can provide a tremendous return in business for that member.

For Chapters:

- Members who go to training learn how to get more referrals quicker and receive value from their BNI membership in a shorter time frame.
- BNI trainings teach members how to get more business for their fellow members, which benefits all the members in their chapter.
